Refund Policy

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Items eligible for return must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and any included accessories intact. If you receive a broken or faulty item, please contact Twoja Opoka immediately. We will cover all costs for returning and replacing products damaged during shipping. For items damaged after delivery, customers may be responsible for return costs.
