Orders and Payments
At Twoja Opoka, we accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) - available in select locations, allowing you to pay with cash at the time of delivery
- PayPal - pay securely using your PayPal account or directly with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express)

Yes, to use our services and make a purchase, you need to create an account. All information provided must be accurate and updated when necessary. Customers are responsible for maintaining their accounts and bear full responsibility for all activities taking place on their accounts.
If anyone gains unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately. Twoja Opoka is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account.
The security of your payment information is our priority. All transactions on our website are encrypted using the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your data is protected during transmission.
We do not store your credit or debit card information on our servers, maintaining the highest level of data privacy. For PayPal payments, your data is managed directly by their platform in accordance with their security policies.
Shipping and Delivery
We provide free standard shipping for all orders within Poland. There are no additional delivery charges.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. After dispatch, the expected delivery time for standard shipping is between 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that business days exclude holidays and run from Monday to Friday.
Currently, we only offer shipping within Poland and do not provide international delivery services.
After placing an order through Twoja Opoka, you can expect to receive a shipment confirmation email with all tracking details. The shipping information will be sent to the email address registered with your account or the email used during the checkout process.
The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment.
During the checkout process, after entering your billing address details, you will have the option to specify a different delivery address. Please note that we reserve the right to request additional information if the delivery address differs from the billing address.
After placing an order, changing the delivery address may be difficult. In such cases, please contact our customer service department immediately.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

If you receive a damaged item, don't worry. We offer returns or exchanges for damaged products, but you must open a return request within 14 days of purchase. To initiate this process, contact us at [email protected].
We will cover all costs for returning and replacing products damaged during shipping. For items damaged after delivery, customers may be responsible for return costs.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt of the item for processing. If eligible, you will receive a full refund within a week of approval.
You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
